Now, working from home or #WFH is one of the most exciting and sad parts of our work life, on one hand, we get to relax at home, enjoy a home-cooked meal and we work, but on the other hand, we start missing our colleagues and office mates. This negative balance will eventually result in less proactiveness and efficiency in your work pattern.
SO, how can you be an effective individual, whilst you #WFH ?? - Here are 5 quick tips for you:
- Fix Your SLEEP Cycle: it is said that many adults during the period of lockdown have been facing the problem of insomnia, don't let this happen to you. Sleep is one of the most important factors in any one's life, if you fail to understand and adapt to your sleep cycle eventually you will spend the rest of your day in fatigue so makes sure you sleep on time and TRY YOUR BEST Waking up on TIME.
- Stay Away from Your Kitchen: You cannot disagree on this one when you are at home the whole day, your mind is empty and it might tell you to indulge in some delicacies even when you are not hungry. You might not see this as an issue at the start but eventually, it will start impacting your physical health. So, Stay away from the Kitchen!!!
- Don't work on your BED: Haha, caught you, even I used to do this, but I ended up sleeping like a baby. - Stay in touch with our Friends & Families: Unless you are a super introverted individual, you should always stay in touch with your friend through Whatsapp, Insta, Snap, Zoom, or Facetime. It is also said that talking a Friend or 'Close' Family Member reduces a lot of stress and burden.
